- Do you support purchase orders (PO)?
- Yes. Approved organizations add a PO number when they check out on invoice terms — it's referenced on the Stripe Invoice and on every shipment's packing slip.
- Can we buy a whole year of stamps on one purchase order?
- Yes. Price the year with the annual order planner, then submit every poem in one order on your approved invoice terms, with your PO number on the invoice. The planner also checks the total against your approval limit.
- What payment terms do you offer?
- Approved government accounts default to Net-30. Net-15, Net-45, and Net-60 are available on request.
- How do we get tax-exempt status applied?
- Email a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to support@stampedsidewalks.com. We review the certificate and confirm your organization's eligibility before issuing a tax-exempt invoice.
- Are stamps grant-eligible?
- Sidewalk poetry installations are often funded through public art and placemaking grants — eligibility depends on your grantor. The designer prices every stamp up front, and we'll format invoices and documentation to your grantor's requirements. Our funding guide covers who funds programs, how much, and when.
